Cancel/Change Order

This Cancel & Change Order Policy explains how customers may request order cancellations or changes after placing an order with Metislounge. Our goal is to process orders quickly and accurately while providing reasonable flexibility when requests are made within an appropriate timeframe.

1. Order Processing Timeframe

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Once an order enters the processing or shipping stage, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

2. Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request to cancel an order before the order has been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible using the email address below.

If the cancellation request is approved and the order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation request cannot be guaranteed and will be handled as a return once the order is delivered.

3. Order Change Requests

Requests to change order details, including but not limited to product selection, size, color, or shipping address, must be submitted before the order is processed.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled once order processing has begun.

Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses that cannot be updated in time will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, but typically take between 10 business days.

Metislounge does not charge any cancellation or restocking fees for eligible canceled orders.
