This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on Metislounge are processed, shipped, and delivered. The purpose of this policy is to provide customers with clear, accurate, and transparent information regarding shipping costs, processing times, delivery schedules, and carrier services. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Origin and Service Area

All orders placed on Metislounge are shipped from our fulfillment location in the United States. Our shipping operations are conducted from the following address:

At this time, we provide shipping services within the United States only. Orders with delivery addresses outside of the United States are not supported and will not be processed.


2. Shipping Fees

We apply a simple and consistent shipping fee structure to ensure transparency at checkout. All orders are subject to the same flat-rate shipping fee, regardless of order value or item quantity.

3. Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed during standard business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once payment has been successfully confirmed, orders are prepared for shipment according to the timelines outlined below.

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
  • The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

After an order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the selected carrier and destination. Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference:

Transit Time 2–6 business days
Delivery Days Monday – Saturday
Delivery Hours 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST)

Total delivery time is calculated from the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.


4. Shipping Carriers, Tracking, and Address Accuracy

Orders are delivered using established domestic carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, package size, and operational requirements.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete shipping details are handled in accordance with our  Return & Refund Policy, which outlines cancellation and refund eligibility.
